Northreach is partnering with a growing specialist lender looking for an experienced Bridging Finance BDM to drive new business across the UK. This is a fully remote field-based role, ideal for someone with strong broker relationships and a proven track record in bridging or short-term property finance.
What You’ll Do
* Build and manage relationships with brokers, introducers & intermediary partners
* Generate new bridging loan enquiries and grow regional pipelines
* Deliver product updates, training sessions and presentations to key partners
* Identify new opportunities and expand distribution channels
* Work closely with underwriting and credit teams to progress deals smoothly
* Attend industry events, networking sessions and roadshows
* Achieve monthly and quarterly origination targets
