37.5hrs, Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 (Weekly Rotating)
Starting total remuneration £32,148.90 - (Starting salary & shift allowance)
The successful candidate will be joining our production team, reporting into a Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities
1. Running multi-colour flexo presses
2. Responsibility for quality, efficiency and good housekeeping
3. Able to troubleshoot to solve issues with machinery or print quality
4. Relaying information through the Specification sheet on how jobs are produced and exactly what settings are required to repeat the process.
5. Daily productivity responsibilities, ensuring that your schedule and targets are achieved
6. Being a team player with effective communication skills
7. Ensuring excellent attention to detail and following detailed processes and procedures
8. Working with all departments to ensure orders are complete On Time In Full (OTIF)
9. Working with the Production Manager to continually improve quality, processes and production efficiencies.
