About the Role
Reporting into the Senior Administrator, the successful Administratorwill entail providing comprehensive administrative and financial support to the national road planing operations where you will ensure the accurate processing of data, invoices and documentation.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you as the successful Administratorwill be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)
* Financial Administration: Processing and reconciling external subcontractor invoices and internal contract invoicing including the management of payment certificates, aged debt, and payment reconciliations
* Performing credit checks and monitor cash collection
* Maintaining and updating invoice registers and planings analysis spreadsheets
* Maintaining and reconciling daily record sheets, HGV tickets, and contract information sheets
* Procurement & Supplies: Ordering and reconciling Arco / Lyreco supplies and customised stationery
* Employee & Office Support: Tracking and report sickness absence, employee holidays, and wages data
* Drafting and distributing employee memos and communications
* Maintain health & safety manuals and ensure compliance documentation is up to date
* Commercial Support: Providing month-end support to Quantity Surveyors
