**Job Title:** Internal Sales
**Salary Range:** £25,000 - £29,000 per annum

**Responsibilities:**
As an Internal Sales team member at our client's organization, your role will encompass a range of important tasks aimed at growing our client base and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Lead Generation:** Proactively generate leads and initiate cold calls to prospective customers.
- **Pipeline Development:** Nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers through various channels, including phone calls and virtual meetings (Teams, etc.).
- **Relationship Building:** Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- **Client Needs Assessment:** Understand the unique needs of clients and effectively respond with tailored solutions to meet and exceed their expectations.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and be a knowledgeable resource for informing and advising others about these services.
**Experience Required:**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with a strong preference for experience within the Freight Forwarding sector.
- Comprehensive experience in road, sea, and air freight sales.
- Familiarity with the Baltics market is desirable.
