Where We Need You: We are seeking an Microsoft Dynamics D365 Solution Architect to own the entire engagement cycle, identifying opportunities, crafting value propositions, and driving AI powered Business process Transformations. Working closely with Leadership and Business Development Teams, this role will design win strategies, lead opportunities, client demos and successful wins, support implementation, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft AI Business Solutions applications (such as Finance and Supply Chain) and their integration with other systems. You will be part of the Technology Consulting team that provides innovative solutions to complex technology challenges. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design and implement technology strategies, and leveraging deep domain expertise and consultative selling skills, you will translate complex scenarios into clear business outcomes, remove blockers, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, ensure successful project delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilising cutting-edge technologies, and contributing to the growth of the Technology Consulting practice. Directors are responsible for serving clients and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Directors develop lasting relationships with client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery. The director is responsible for understanding their client’s business and demonstrating technical competence in their product group and industry. Directors develop contacts with the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market. What You Can Expect: Secure strategic new business wins for Business Process Solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform/Copilot Studio and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Discover, assess, evaluate, and challenge strategic customer objectives by translating them into digital transformation opportunities that leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Architect and design comprehensive solutions using Microsoft AI Business Solutions that meet client business requirements. Lead the implementation of Microsoft technologies, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Proactively develop new relationships and bring in new clients; work with the Managing Director/Directors to enhance and run existing relationships in order to maximise Protiviti’s coverage. Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and risks throughout the lifecycle of the project. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of updates and new features in AI Business Solutions, recommending improvements and enhancements to clients. Market Protiviti’s services in the UK marketplace to expand coverage. Liaise with other offices globally to leverage off current contacts and to provide a considered and consistent approach to the market. Do Your Talents Include the Following? Extensive experience on D365 sales for CRM/ERP Driving and leading sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans and engaging in business case discussions Create compelling business value outcome backed proposals, negotiate terms, and contracts with successful clos Proven track record of delivering Microsoft AI Business Solutions implementations in large, complex organisations. Demonstrated success operating in large matrixed organisations and collaborating with senior stakeholders gained from consulting or system integrators to build pipeline opportunities through strategic partnerships. Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and how they map to client needs within complex digital transformation programmes Strong understanding of ERP/CRM concepts, system integrations, and business workflows. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes. Deep expertise in Microsoft modules (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service). Working knowledge of Microsoft’s commercial cloud offerings - including Microsoft Workforce AI (M365, Copilot), Microsoft Azure Strong project management and client relationship skills. Leadership skills to guide, mentor and develop teams with prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment. Strong presentation skills with advanced listening, written and verbal communication skills. Our Workplace and Employment Process Protiviti practices a hybrid wording model, which is a combination of working in person with purpose and working remotely and is primarily dependent upon the needs of our client, with a minimum of 2 days in the office/client site. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements varies by client, project, team, and other business factors. It can sometimes mean more of a full-time presence at our client. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local, or UK wide travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments. Renumeration and Benefits Starting salaries are competitive and are based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the salary range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Employees are eligible for medical and dental insurance cover, life assurance, pension scheme and receive up to 25 days holiday per calendar year. Protiviti also recognises up to 10 paid holidays each calendar year and we have additional benefits as part of the Robert Half Enterprise.
