What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive social care needs assessments to ensure that each adult receives the tailored support they need.
* Engage in support planning to develop practical and effective care plans that enhance the well-being of service users.
* Take charge of commissioning services, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
* Carry out risk assessments and manage risks adeptly, including attending Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Meetings (MARAMs).
