What skills and experience we're looking for
Bridgemary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious and driven teacher to join us from January 2026 to support in developing the English Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with outstanding teaching skills to join our journey of improvement. As the 2nd in English, you will be required to support the work of the Head of Department in raising the standards of teaching, learning and achievement in the department.
We expect all of our students to be challenged, to be inspired and to believe in their own ability. Bridgemary’s expectation is that all our teaching staff are able to ensure that students within their subject area are appropriately challenged, supported and achieve their expected levels of progress or better.
