Senior Account Executive – Influencer Marketing Hybrid £30k - £35k We are hiring a strategic, client-focused Senior Account Executive to help lead influencer marketing initiatives for a growing roster of creator-led brands, products, and podcasts. In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and work closely with creators to deliver high-performing partnerships. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every project meets client goals, timelines, and expectations, while driving measurable results through smart, creator-led strategies. What You’ll Do: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing communication, strategy alignment, and campaign updates. Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns from brief to execution, including sourcing talent, negotiating deals, and coordinating deliverables. Collaborate closely with creators, talent managers, and internal teams to bring campaigns to life. Build timelines, manage budgets, and ensure all projects stay on schedule and within scope. Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with insights, results, and optimization recommendations. Stay on top of trends in the influencer marketing space, platform updates, and emerging creators. What We’re Looking For: 3 years of experience in influencer marketing experience Proven track record of managing client accounts and executing successful creator-led campaigns. Strong understanding of major social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts) and influencer marketing best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to think strategically while managing details and logistics. Comfortable working with fast-paced teams and evolving priorities. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience working with DTC, lifestyle, creator-led, or podcast brands. Experience in media buying or paid amplification of influencer content. Knowledge of influencer platforms and tools (CreatorIQ, Grin, Aspire, etc.).
