Danny Sullivan Group are currently recruiting for an experienced SSSTS Groundworks Ganger to work on a long-term construction project based at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton. This is a secure site, therefore all candidates must be able to provide a minimum of 3 years’ continuous employment history to meet site access requirements. The Role as a SSSTS Groundworks Ganger: * Supervising and coordinating a team of groundworkers on site * Allocating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed to programme * Overseeing general groundworks including drainage, kerbing, ducting, and excavation * Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations * Conducting site briefings and toolbox talks * Liaising with site management, engineers, and other trades * Monitoring quality of work and ensuring it meets project specifications * Identifying and reporting any hazards, delays, or issues on site * Assisting hands-on with groundworks when required Requirements as a SSSTS Groundworks Ganger: * Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) * CSCS Card (essential) * First Aid (preferred not essential) * Proven experience as a Groundworks Ganger or Supervisor * Minimum 3 years’ employment history required (essential for RAF base access) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Solid understanding of groundworks and site Health & Safety * Reliable, organised, an...
