Role: Pega Technical PM
Location: Remote, UK
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Pega platform and cloud migration projects. The ideal candidate will have led multiple end-to-end Pega application deliveries, demonstrating both technical leadership and project management excellence.
You’ll be responsible for managing project execution, stakeholder communication, and ensuring the technical integrity of solutions. Experience working with Pega.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning, estimation, and delivery of Pega-based applications.
• Drive execution with cross-functional teams while maintaining project timelines and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Manage and track product backlogs, sprint velocity, and task completion.
• Provide regular project updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Engage in architectural discussions and validate Pega solution designs with the technical team.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Technical PM with Pega Hands-on and 9+ years of experience
• Delivered 3–4 full-cycle Pega application projects.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Cloud and cloud migration practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
• Ability to drive team performance and ensure accountability.
• BFS domain experience is a plus.
