Sous Chef – Up to £35,000
Bath Brew House is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen team as we move into an exciting new chapter.
Located in the heart of Bath, Bath Brew House is a vibrant pub with its own microbrewery, buzzing beer garden and a food offer built around great British pub cooking and beer-led dishes. With a fresh look coming soon and a brand new kitchen team being built, this is a brilliant opportunity to help shape the future of the kitchen alongside our Head Chef.
We’re looking for a Sous Chef who is passionate about food, organised under pressure and excited about working in a fast paced, creative pub kitchen.
This role is perfect for a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up or an experienced Sous Chef looking for a new challenge.

What We’re Looking For
As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef to help run the kitchen day to day, ensuring the team delivers consistently high quality food.
The successful Sous Chef will:
10. Be a strong, hands-on chef who enjoys leading from the front
11. Have experience working in a busy fresh food kitchen
12. Support the Head Chef with menu development and kitchen organisation
13. Help train and develop junior chefs and kitchen porters
14. Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards
15. Be calm and organised during busy services
16. Bring a positive attitude and great teamwork to the kitchen
