Skills & Experience Required: Either bias – will consider up to 100% if the candidate meets all core criteria; ideally looking for an 80/20 split.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience is essential.
Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification.
Open to varied backgrounds, including forces (excluding RAF).
Must be PC and IT literate.
