There will be anopportunity to be involved in space planning and co-ordinating office moves as well as ensuring the smooth transition of hard and soft FM tasks to our new base.Facilities Management Team Leader – Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the running of all aspects of facilities management, includinghealth and safety compliance activity across a number of our propertiesYou will undertake daily inspections and be responsible for reporting any building related issuesYou will be an excellent communicator and ensure you form good relationships withHeads of Service, Stakeholders, Contractors and Tenants who occupy and use theproperties you are responsible forTo be proactive in proposing changes to our processes to deliver value for money fromour buildings and our building servicesFacilities Management Team Leader - You5 GCSE’s including English and MathsDegree/ HND in Facilities Management or suitable Property related subject and/ orequivalent experienceQualified or working towards an appropriate technical or professional qualification (IWFMor equivalent)Evidence of continued training and professional development in a related fieldExperience of building relationships with a range of stakeholdersExcellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasksDriving Licence and own vehicle essential for travel between sitesFacilities Management Team Leader - BenefitsAn excellent pension scheme.
