In this role, you will specialise in performing SMART repairs, including refurbishing alloy wheels, repairing scratches, scuffs, dents, windscreen chips, and interior refurbishments. Required Skills of the Paint / Smart Repair Technician:
13. Proven experience as a Smart Repairer and Paint Sprayer
14. Ability to carry out quality repairs efficiently within set timescales
15. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
16. Good organisational and time management skills
17. Experience in a busy bodyshop environment
18. Additional proficiency with vehicle refurbishments or accident repairs
