An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Contact Centre. The team delivers customer service to our residents for over 16 different services across the Telford & Wrekin borough. This role is a 29 hours per week maternity cover on a 12 month contract. The hours will be worked between our Contact Centre opening times of 8:45 and 16:00, Monday to Friday, but will be discussed at the interview stage. We are looking for a start date of early August. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has experience of working in a busy contact centre. You will be working as part of a team and dealing with a wide range of queries, so you need to be organised, have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise. You will be a customer-focused, technical and motivated team player with a proven working knowledge of working in a contact centre or customer service background.
