As Conveyancing Head of Department, you’ll guide and support your team, ensure clients receive an outstanding service, and help drive the department’s operational, financial, and overall success within the firm. Monitor case handling standards, ensuring client demands are met, cases progress appropriately and complex or high-profile matters receive the right level of guidance. Oversee team budgets, financial performance, fee-earning targets and identify opportunities to grow the team’s revenue and capacity.
