EYFS Teaching Assistant - Preston & South Ribble

The Role & Flexibility
This position is designed to fit your lifestyle. We have partnerships with a variety of primary schools and nurseries that require support starting in June.
* Start Date: June (Post May Half-Term)
* Pay:£92.56 per day
* Location: Preston (with additional opportunities across South Ribble)
* Hours:1 to 5 days per week (You choose your availability!)
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
* Assisting with observations and tracking the development of pupils.
* Creating engaging, messy, and outdoor play-based learning activities.
* Providing a safe, nurturing environment for children at the very start of their educational journey.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Qualification: Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning.
* Experience: Proven experience working within a Primary School or Private Nursery setting.
* Knowledge: A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
* DBS: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
