This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and supporting HR initiatives that enhance workforce engagement, performance, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
* Implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and development.
* Leading HR activities such as performance management and absence handling.
* Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Facilitating training on HR topics.
* Partnering with Talent Acquisition for recruitment and onboarding.
* Supporting employee relations casework and analyzing HR data.
* Managing HR projects like compensation reviews and workforce planning.
* Deputising for the HR Director when needed.
About you:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD Level 5 or above.
* Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
* Resilient, responsible, and a team player willing to support peers.
