Conveyancer – Hybrid Working
Location: Reading (2–3 days per week office based)
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

The Role
You’ll manage a varied and engaging residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
* Reviewing titles, preparing reports and drafting contracts
* Progressing matters from instruction through to post-completion
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
* Using the firm’s case management system to ensure smooth file progression
