Project Overview
The role will involve overseeing electrical infrastructure upgrades, including busbar replacements within critical environments. This requires a Construction Manager who understands the challenges of working in live, high-risk settings where precision, sequencing, and safety are paramount.
Role Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day electrical construction activities on site
*
Oversee infrastructure upgrade works, including busbar replacements
*
Coordinate supervisors, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
*
Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, design, and commercial targets
*
Maintain strict health & safety and compliance standards, particularly within critical environments
*
Monitor quality, inspections, and commissioning readiness
*
Report progress and risks to senior project leadership
Requirements
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager within the MEP / building services sector
*
Strong background in electrical infrastructure and busbar installations
*
Experience working in live or critical environments
*
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
*
Strong understanding of programme management and site coordination
