Reporting To: Head of Creative and Socials and Creative Director
Days / Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, driven, and fashion-savvy Social Media and Content Executive to join our ever-growing luxury fashion brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry, an instinct for high-end aesthetics, and a passion for engaging audiences through strategic, commercially aware social media campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity and data-driven thinking to elevate our brand presence, foster meaningful engagement with our target audience, and strengthen customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
* Collaborate with the Head of Creative and Socials to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with luxury fashion consumers.
* Create, curate, and manage visually elevated, social-first content (imagery, video, stories, captions) that reflects the brand’s identity across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
* Edit innovative and engaging video content for both organic and paid social campaigns.
* Regularly create TikTok content featuring products, styling, behind-the-scenes, and team moments.
* Work closely with the Head of Growth and Digital Ad Strategist to develop and execute weekly ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok.
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling moments.
2. Community Engagement
* Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner, strengthening community and customer relationships.
* Identify and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key opinion leaders within the luxury and fashion sectors to increase brand awareness and collaboration opportunities.
3. Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor, track, and analyse social media performance across platforms.
* Provide regular reports on key metrics including engagement, reach, growth, traffic, and conversion performance.
* Present insights and recommend data-driven optimisations to continuously improve results.
* Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure Khanum’s remains digitally progressive and competitive.
4. Brand Voice & Aesthetic
* Ensure all social media output adheres to the brand’s tone of voice, luxury positioning, and refined visual aesthetic.
* Maintain consistency across all platforms while adapting content natively for each channel.
5. Campaign Management
* Support the execution of monthly campaigns, product launches, and special events across all social platforms, collaborating closely with marketing and PR teams.
* Leverage paid social strategies to amplify reach and drive engagement, supporting budget management and performance optimisation.
6. Trend Analysis & Competitor Monitoring
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and platform innovations.
* Conduct regular benchmarking of competitors and luxury brands to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field is mandatory.
* 2 - 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry is mandatory.
* Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market, digital marketing trends, and consumer behaviour.
* Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Notion, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
* Exceptional video editing skills across short-form and campaign content.
* Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* A passion for fashion, trends, and luxury lifestyle, with the ability to translate this into commercially effective content.
* Creative thinker who can adapt quickly within the fast-paced nature of social media.
* Experience working with influencers and managing collaborations.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Knowledge of paid social advertising and SEO is advantageous.
