Our work environment is varied and fast paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Bagshot office (GU19 5HL). Please note that hybrid or remote working is not available for this role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Patch device shipping, receiving processing and data uploading Inter-departmental communication Data entry across multiple systems Accuracy, attention to detail and good communication skills Understanding and adhering to Quality System requirements Proactive project work to improve service offering SHIPPING ACTIVITIES Pick and Pack outgoing shipments and ensure shipments meet specifications. Receiving deliveries and loading into correct stock location Completing and maintaining all associated shipping and stocking documentation and systems Verifies the accuracy of the data and initiates corrections when needed. Affixes shipping labels, identifying information, onto packed cartons or containers, as required INTAKE PATCH ACTIVITIES Receiving and processing of the patch device Patch data upload and manually entering patient information provided Completing and maintaining all associated intake documentation and systems Communicating with Management any potential system or device issues or risk Adhere to corporate policy and compliance standards in handling patient data. Work Pattern 40 hours per week worked Monday - Friday: 2 days (8am - 5pm) and 3 days (9am - 5pm) with a 30 minutes lunch, there is flexibility on which days.
