PJD Electrical Ltd are a contracting company based in Burstwick covering Hull and Holderness.
We are a small but growing team currently employing 7 Electricians, 2 apprentices and office staff. We carry out installation and repairs to caravan sites, schools, commercial premises and residential properties. A vacancy has arisen within the company.
Job Responsibilities
* Primary responsibility will be periodic inspection and testing of commercial and residential properties and assisting our QS with preparing quotations for remedial works.
* Ability to carry out minor installation work, connection of static caravans, also required.
* The position is permanent full-time.
* Knowledge of current BS7671 essential.
* Must be flexible to work occasional overtime as and when required.
Skills and Qualifications Essential
* Driving license.
* C&G time-served.
* 17th edition regulations certificate (18th to be done within next 6 months).
* C&G 2391 inspection and testing or equivalent.
Preferred But Not Essential
* At least 10 years’ experience.
* ECS card approved electrician.
* Experience of periodic inspection and testing.
* Knowledge on heating systems and automatic circuits.
* Job rate grade based.
* Industry standard holidays.
