We are supporting a successful local firm of solicitors with temporary cover during a busy period and a recruitment drive. The role involves:
1. Handling high volumes of audio typing via digital dictation
2. Preparing court bundles and supporting paperwork
3. Creating client correspondence and letters
4. Logging all work in progress on the case management system
5. Managing diaries for client appointments
6. Responding to client calls and emails
Requirements:
You must have experience in a legal secretary role, be a competent audio typist, capable of managing a busy workload, and have a good understanding of legal terminology.
