️ Join Our Customer Service Team at 4th Dimension! ️ Customer Service Advisor | Egham, Surrey | £25,000 to £30,000 | Full-Time | Hybrid (after probation) Do you love delivering great customer service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? 4th Dimension is on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Egham. You'll be at the heart of our repair operations, making sure customers, partners, and teams stay connected and informed every step of the way. What You’ll Be Doing In this fast-paced role, you’ll be a key contact for our customers and internal teams, helping manage motorbike insurance repairs from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Keeping customers and clients up to date on their repair journey via phone, email, or text. Coordinating between customers, insurers, engineers, and internal teams. Handling incoming queries and providing accurate, timely information. Logging and tracking repair progress using internal systems and databases. Compiling quotes, processing work requests, and maintaining key records. Supporting wider teams with admin and communication to ensure smooth operations. What You’ll Bring We're looking for someone with a passion for service and a sharp eye for detail: Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service or admin role. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. Calm and organised under pressure with great problem-solving ability. Comfortable using IT systems (Word, Excel – Proclaim experience a plus). Strong attention to detail and time management. Friendly, flexible, and a true team player. Role Details Location: Egham, Surrey (Hybrid – 6 months in-office, then up to 2 days/week from home) Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Monday–Friday | Shifts: 7:30–16:00 or 8:00–16:30 Contract: Permanent Perks: Company benefits, career development, and a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
