Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and support complex technical implementations and customisations across InterSystems platforms.
* Analyse enhancement requests, assessing feasibility, risk, and development effort.
* Provide technical guidance to project managers and implementation teams.
* Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimise integrations and platform configurations.
* Resolve acceptance issues pre- and post–go-live and support live environments.
* Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation and training materials.
* Participate in peer reviews, on-site implementations, technical training, and extended support rotas.
* Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery quality.
Experience Required
* Strong technical background in software development, integrations, and data-driven systems.
* Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript), SQL, and database concepts.
* Experience working in client-facing roles and delivering within fixed timelines.
* Ability to analyse complex technical problems and communicate solutions clearly.
* Experience producing technical documentation and delivering technical training.
* Knowledge of healthcare systems, NHS environments, and integration standards (e.g. HL7, HIE).
* Desirable experience with InterSystems technologies and cross-platform integrations.
* Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience, with flexibility to travel and support customers on-site.
