Job Title: Trainee Recruiter / Resourcer – Construction Recruitment

Office based from: Nantwich (hours: 8:30 – 17:30, Monday to Thursday; early finish on Fridays)
Remuneration: £20,000–£25,000 negotiable depending on experience + open-ended bonus scheme
(Will progress into a consultant role with the opportunity to earn in excess of £50,000+)

The role of the Trainee Recruiter / Resourcer in Construction Sales Recruitment will involve the following responsibilities and career development opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Initially will be resourcing on behalf of a senior consultant
* Interviewing professionals from the construction industry to establish their requirements and motivation for their next opportunity
* Matching candidates to client requirements and vice versa
* Generating and maintaining a constant flow of fresh sales opportunities, typically 10 new vacancies a week
* Managing the recruitment process from arranging initial interviews to second interviews and closing job offers on behalf of candidates
* Updating our CRM system
* Being mentored, trained and managed on a daily basis
* Joining a well-established, experienced and successful team
* Based from modern offices in the heart of Nantwich
