About the Role
As Contract Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple supported living sites, ensuring services are safe, high quality, outcome‑focused, financially sustainable, contractually compliant, and rooted in service‑user leadership and Together’s values. You will work closely with commissioners, local partners, landlords and internal teams to ensure services deliver positive outcomes for people.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the delivery of supported living services across Suffolk.
* Act as the senior operational lead for commissioner and stakeholder relationships.
* Lead the mobilisation and development of a new supported living contract.
* Embed strong governance, risk management and quality assurance frameworks.
* Oversee financial performance, occupancy and sustainability.
* Line‑manage and develop Operational Managers, providing compassionate leadership.
* Champion service‑user leadership, equality, inclusion and positive risk taking.
* Identify opportunities for service improvement and future growth.
About You
* Experience managing multiple health or social care services, ideally within supported living or mental health.
* Strong contract management experience and credibility with commissioners.
* A proven track record in financial, quality and people leadership.
* Excellent influencing, negotiation and relationship building skills.
* A genuine commitment to co‑production, service‑user leadership and inclusive practice.
Experience mobilising new services or contracts is desirable but the most important qualities are vision, leadership and values.
