The role contributes to the smooth operation of the catering function and upholds SCC’s standards of customer service and food safety. Key responsibilities: Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance in line with SCC’s Food Hygiene Policy. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with menus and hygiene standards. Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the kitchen, servery, and function areas. Provide excellent customer service to all clients, staff, and visitors. Follow procedures for food storage, stock rotation, and delivery checks. Adhere to cash handling and financial control procedures. Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including COSHH. Participate in training and team meetings as required. Support emergency procedures and security protocols. Undertake any other duties as directed by the Catering Manager, including working at other SCC Refresh sites.
