Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Kings Hill, with some work from home accepted. As a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager, you will oversee regulatory compliance, implement and maintain quality control systems, conduct quality audits, and manage quality assurance processes. You will ensure that all procedures meet the required standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Skills in Regulatory Compliance
* Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
* Proficiency in conducting Quality Audits
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt and work independently in a hybrid work environment
* Experience in the housing development industry is a plus
* Knowledge and experience of the housing warranty providers standards
* An interest in the ISOs
