We're looking for someone who can be the heartbeat between our value stream and supply chain team. You'll make sure materials flow smoothly, issues are solved quickly, and production plans stay on track. Think of yourself as the tactical link who ensures everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like? - Acting as the operational focal point between production and supply chain. - Tracking material flow to guarantee on-time delivery to the production line. - Leading shortage reviews and driving quick resolutions when things go off course. - Escalating critical issues where needed, and keeping everyone accountable until it's fixed. - Building strong communication across production, engineering, quality, and suppliers. - Reporting key performance metrics and helping improve how we work every day. Essential skills: - Must have worked in a complex Manufacturing or Engineering environment previously - A natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure and makes clear decisions. - Hands-on supply chain experience - planning, procurement, production control.
