Our clinical team includes a clinical pharmacist, pharmacy technicians, first contact practitioners, mental health workers, nurses and HCAs.
Use Emis Web, Docman 10, AccuRx amongst other packages and we are on Windows 10.
Thisincludes restoring telephone services and turning on computers in appropriateroom
Deal with telephone and face to face requestsfor appointments, home visits, enquiries for test results and record relevantmessages for clinicians and practice manager
Undertake any training and attend staff meetingsas required such as basic life support training
Check that all lights, computers and equipmentare turned off in all rooms before leaving the building and set the alarmsystem
