The role will be fully office based, 5 days per week, covering sites in Falkirk, Edinburgh, Fife and Paisley. The role requires someone with a driving license and their own vehicle (mileage will be provided). Responsibilities:
* Key point of contact for 2nd line support
* Ticket resolution
* Providing technical support for software, hardware and networking issues
* Act as an escalation point of junior staff members

* Communication with stakeholders and customers
* Experience with Microsoft tech stack
