The Role
You will be a key part of our busy, modern workshop, handling a wide variety of prestige and everyday vehicles:
* MOT Testing: Conducting inspections in line with DVSA regulations.
* Advanced Repairs: Diagnostics, servicing, and complex mechanical maintenance.
* Independent Management: Taking ownership of jobs from start to finish.
* Technical Excellence: Interpreting schematics and delivering accurate health checks.
* Customer Care: Occasional front-of-house support and professional advice.
What We Are Looking For
* Qualified: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
* Experience: Minimum 4 years of workshop experience.
* MOT License: DVSA-approved tester is preferred (but we value strong technicians!).
* Tech-Savvy: Confident with modern diagnostic equipment and hand/power tools.
* Professional: A detail-oriented team player with a full UK driving licence.
