About the Role
We are currently seeking a talented Wedding & Events Coordinator at The Hare & Hounds. A magnificent country house in the Cotswolds set amongst an English country garden and surrounding woodlands, the local area offers an abundance of outdoor activities. There are 42 beautifully designed rooms spread over different buildings, all providing a traditional yet luxurious experience. It is a busy, fast‑paced environment which, in addition to the bars and restaurant, also serves as a sought‑after wedding venue, catering for up to approximately 80 weddings a year plus private events of up to 120 people.
Responsibilities
* Report to the General Manager about enquiries, show rounds, quotations, bookings, and client meetings.
* Be available on the day of a wedding to work alongside managers to ensure the bride and groom have the perfect day.

* Approachable yet friendly sales manner with potential clients.
* Keen eye for detail.
* Sharp organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
