As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be calm and collected, getting involved on the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive environment for your team and customers. You’ll also take ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, leading by example.

What you'll do
* Set a positive example for the team and customers
* Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager
* Lead and motivate your team using our Leadership & Company Principles
* Check deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs
* Provide excellent customer service and handle queries
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards
What you'll need
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Good time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* Confidence to support your team during shifts
* Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
* Ability to monitor and improve KPIs
