An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm, based in Kettering. This position has become available due to a planned retirement later this year, offering a valuable handover period to ensure a smooth transition.
You will work closely with the Partner and Head of Team, playing a key role in supporting the management and ongoing success of the Kettering office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership-focused role within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
* Handle a varied caseload appropriate to your level of experience
* Contribute to team development and mentoring of junior colleagues
* Play an active role in maintaining high client service standards
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executivewith 5 + PQE in Private Client
* Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Previous experience supporting or mentoring junior team members would be advantageous
* Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and contributing to team management
* Strong client care skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
* Ambitious and motivated, with an interest in developing your career further within a well-established firm
