They are expanding their commercial team and seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth and capitalise on new market opportunities. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the military, defence, and government communications sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Conduct presentations and negotiations with prospective clients, including military and government organisations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are fully met and delivered to the highest standards. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management. What They Are Looking For: Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within technology, telecoms, military, defence, or government sectors. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales success. Strong relationship-building and client management skills. Ability to work onsite for the first 6 months, transitioning to hybrid working afterwards. Based within commutable distance to Redhill, Surrey. What They Offer: £40,000 - £50,000 base salary.
