Project Manager Hotel Revitalisation (Pre-Construction to Completion)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the pre-construction phase and full delivery of an exciting Revitalisation Project for an existing hotel in Perth. This long-term role requires a commercially savvy leader who can confidently manage client relationships and drive the project through planning, procurement, construction, and handover.
Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the pre-construction phase, including planning, design development, programming, and early procurement.
Oversee the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through to completion.
Manage budgets, cost plans, and commercial reporting in collaboration with QS/commercial teams.
Chair design meetings, progress meetings, and client updates with clear, confident communication.
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract management, and performance.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, risk assessments, and method statements.
Lead on construction sequencing, logistics planning, quality assurance, and site performance.
Problem-solve proactively and maintain strong relationships with the client, consultants, and supply chain.
Drive project delivery to meet programme, cost, and quality targets.
Requirements Proven track record as a Project Manager on commercial refurbishment or hospitality projects.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, costs, and contract issues.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Experience managing pre-construction activities and design coordination.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and oversee multiple workstreams.
Strong understanding of construction programming and technical detailing.
SMSTS, First Aid, and Black CSCS card required.
