Commercial Property Solicitor
* Qualification: 1-4 years PQE
* Location: Nottinghamshire

Responsibilities
* Build relationships with clients and assist on a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development work, landlord and tenant matters.
* Handle landlord and tenant matters, development, investment matters, and other general commercial property matters.
* Manage up to 4 years PQE level cases and gain exposure to complex, high-value matters.
Qualifications
* Minimum 12 months experience dealing with all types of commercial property matters.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a growing commercial property team.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills.
