As a valued Support Worker with Thera Southwest, you will be part of an inclusive, passionate team supporting three young adults with a learning disability in a shared supported living setting. The people we support enjoy a variety of activities including shopping, going out for lunch, cinema trips, sports, attending social clubs. Shift patterns vary from 10:00 am 22:00 hours followed by a sleep-in finishing at 10:00 hours the next day. Additional shifts 12:00-16:00 hours ( allocated as per individual needs shifts include weekends and bank holidays. Experience with learning disabilities and mental health is an advantage but not essential. Be prepared to get stuck in with fun and games including the occasional round of army warfare around the house!
