This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new service providing safe, recovery-focused support for people experiencing a mental health crisis. As a Graduate Wellbeing Practitioner, you’ll help people regain stability and confidence through practical and therapeutic interventions. You’ll receive comprehensive training, a two-week induction, and continued development support to build your career in mental health. What you’ll do: Deliver structured wellbeing sessions on topics such as anxiety, stress, and healthy living. Support individuals to manage their wellbeing, build life skills, and set recovery goals. Work collaboratively with NHS professionals who provide clinical input on-site. Contribute to a positive, caring, and person-centred team environment.What we’re looking for: A degree in Psychology or a related field. Compassion, resilience, and a genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
