Customer Team Leader
Location: Lochview, Barmore Road, Tarbert, PA29 6TW
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training provided.

We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping customers. You will lead the store team, coaching and supervising team members, deputising for the Store Manager, and performing various store tasks like re-stocking and cleaning.

* Provide friendly, helpful, and thoughtful service, managing the store and handling challenging situations.

* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance shopping experience.
* Support the store manager and handle HR processes.
* Introduce new products and services, encouraging team feedback.
* Engage with the local community and support community initiatives.
