Role Overview: They are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Desk-Based Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of approximately 180 business accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue through cross-selling and up-selling solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to expand services and products within existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty. Work closely with tech and projects to ensure appropriate solutions are sold and implemented smoothly. Keep apprised of changing technology and any additional value it can offer to the existing customer base. Maintaining customer base as well as upselling & cross-selling Telecom/IT products in view to hit monthly and quarterly targets Undertake regular account reviews, to be sure customers are aware of the full scope of our offering. Working towards a personal target as well as contributing to the overall department target Assist with billing enquiries Manage contract renewals Candidate Requirements: Proven work experience in a similar account management role Strong workload prioritisation skills and ability to work under pressure Results driven and customer service focused Strong client-facing and teamwork skills High motivation and ambition What They Offer: £28,000 basic salary £12,000 on-target earnings (uncapped commission structure) Structured onboarding and training programme Supportive, team-focused working environment Opportunities for career progression within a growing business Hybrid working options may be considered after probation
