Join our friendly team in the Ipswich office as an experienced Conveyancing Assistant focused on post‑exchange work. You will manage files from post exchange onward, including preparation of completion statements, submitting funds requests, and handling completion and post‑completion requirements.
Key responsibilities:
* Prepare completion statements and manage post-exchange files.
* Submit funds requests and coordinate completion deliveries.
* Handle post‑completion documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
* Strong administration skills and high organisational ability.
* Previous conveyancing experience, ideally in a similar role.
* Experience as a conveyancing assistant, secretary or paralegal considered favorable.
