You will accurately and systematically complete complex fault diagnosis and carryout technical preparation and maintenance, repair or replace parts and carry out final checks to manufacturers after sales service specification.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out vehicle health checks and identify areas of concernProvide comprehensive reports with expert advice and recommendations for customersLiaise directly with customers and service advisors, providing outstanding customer servicePerform technical repair work in accordance with established and documented procedures to brand manufacturers standardsEnsure vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high-quality manner, in line with both internal and manufacturer requirementsEnsure correct materials, tools and measuring devices are usedRecord details of work including all hours worked and material usageEnsure vehicle safety standards have been complied withEnsure vehicles are protected and kept safe during service and repairParticipate in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to dateContribute to local and companywide process improvements and innovationsMentor and provide guidance to apprentice technicians, where applicableTo qualify for selection you must meet the following minimum requirements:Eligibility to live and work in UKProven experience at Master / Senior Technician level working with high performance German luxury cars (ie.
