Responsibilities
As a Personal Tax Senior Manager, you will
Deliver tax advisory and compliance services, acting as lead contact and maintaining strong client relationships
Manage, mentor, and develop the tax team, driving performance and aligning with firm values
Oversee technical accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk on client work
Drive growth through proposals, networking, seminars, and identifying cross-selling opportunities
Represent the firm's values, collaborate across teams, and support marketing and recruitment efforts
Requirements
As a Personal Tax Senior Manager, you will need
CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
Experience within a practise
Experience with leadership and business development
