Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of training programs that align with our core values of excellence and social responsibility.
Manage critical safety training and lead CPD initiatives focused on green building practices and energy-efficient construction.
Implement initiatives to attract and retain entry level talent while creating clear career pathways through mentorship and certification.
Collaborate with project teams to meet local community needs, such as affordable housing and education and advise on social value goals in S106 agreements.
Leverage LMS and mobile platforms to deliver scalable, remote training modules for a diverse workforce.
Lead and mentor the internal L&D team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous professional development.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience performing Training Needs Analysis (TNA) within the construction sector, specifically regarding safety, project management, and evolving regulations.
A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing, including mental health and stress management programs.
Ability to track KPIs such as safety records, environmental impact, and project completion times to prove training ROI.
Experience overseeing L&D budgets and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
A champion for the "L&D Brand" who can influence leadership and inspire staff at all levels.
