The Part You’ll Play as Account Director:
* We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Director to lead one of our most exciting global accounts in the financial services sector. This is a fully integrated role, spanning brand, digital, social, and OOH work across multiple markets.
* You’ll be the strategic and operational lead, partnering closely with senior clients and internal teams to deliver campaigns that are creatively ambitious, culturally relevant, and flawlessly executed. The account is purpose‑led, fast‑paced, and highly collaborative – a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a global, multi‑channel environment.
Specifically, duties will include:
* Leading the strategic and creative development of integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social, and OOH.
* Building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, particularly across Dutch‑speaking markets.
* Acting as the day‑to‑day lead, ensuring work is on brief, on brand, and on time.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality work across all touchpoints.
* Managing budgets, timelines, and resources with precision and confidence.
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members, fostering a positive and high‑performing team culture.
A bit about you & your previous experience:
* You’re a native Dutch speaker (or have native‑level fluency) – essential for this role.
* You’ve led integrated campaigns in an agency environment, ideally at Account Director level.
* You’re confident managing global clients and navigating multi‑market complexity.
* You’re passionate about purpose‑led work and understand how to connect brand strategy with cultural insight.
* You’re a natural collaborator, with strong leadership and communication skills.
* You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
