Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Centre Manager for our Maidstone location. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will work alongside a customer service assistant, acting as the face of our business centre, responsible for driving occupancy and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our serviced offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Promote the business locally, prospect new clients, and build strong community relationships.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing needs promptly and professionally.
* Facility Management: Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring safety and efficiency.
* Team Leadership: Manage one staff member and coordinate with contractors such as cleaners.
* Marketing: Implement local marketing strategies and network to attract and retain tenants.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience: Management experience in workspace, hospitality, property, or retail sectors is advantageous. Candidates who have supported managers in similar roles and are ready for promotion are also welcome.
* Customer Service: Strong skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
* Organisational Skills: Highly organised with excellent administrative capabilities.
* Sales and Marketing: Proficiency in prospecting and local marketing techniques.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
* Compliance: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
